Danny Kadis is the President of Centrex and focuses the majority of his time on Asset Management of the company’s portfolio of properties. He is active in all aspects of the business including commercial leasing, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
After spending a few years working in the environmental industry, Danny joined Centrex in 1995 and in 1997 left to pursue his Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University. Danny returned to Centrex following graduation in 1999. Including his Master’s Degree, Danny holds B.A.s in Biology and Geography from the University of Colorado at Boulder, from which he graduated in 1993.
Danny has served on the Boards of Triangle Land Conservancy and WakeUP Wake County and is a former appointee to the City of Raleigh’s Board of Adjustment. Danny is a member of The Urban Land Institute and The Congress for the New Urbanism.
A bit of a tree-hugger and a hippie at heart, you won’t meet a guy more laid back than Danny. When he’s not working, we are not exactly sure what he does, but we are pretty sure it’s cool.
